This starts with collecting data you can trust, building reliable systems and helping you understand the data flows that drive performance across the customer life cycle from acquisition to reactivation. Once we stand up a solution, we partner with you to measure and optimise, ensuring you have an accurate view of impact and the ability to experiment.

Our Story.

How a data consultancy became an EMEA-first growth partner.

  1. 2015

    Mammoth Growth Founded

    Mammoth Growth was founded in 2015 as a marketing technology consultancy helping high-growth technology companies fix their data. We were founded to help companies who "don't have the data you need" or "don't trust the data you have".

  2. 2021

    EMEA Expansion

    Mammoth Growth expanded into EMEA in 2021. As we started to take on more European clients, we hired a European team. Our first clients included Deliveroo, Preqin and Hopin. It was at this point that Metron Growth's current CEO, Stuart Scott, joined.

  3. 2026

    Metron Growth Rebrand

    Mammoth Growth in EMEA rebranded to Metron Growth in 2026 as a new brand specifically for the European market. Combining a decade of experience using data and marketing technology to drive measurable growth with deep knowledge of the European market and privacy landscape.

Why rebrand from Mammoth Growth to Metron Growth?

Mammoth Growth in the US focuses on using AI to build modern data warehouses. At Metron Growth in Europe, our core focus is on helping businesses grow using data, marketing technology and AI. We needed a new brand to clearly communicate what we do here in Europe. Metron comes from Ancient Greek μέτρον (métron), meaning "measure", a good fit given our focus on measurable growth. For our European clients, the name is the only thing which changes: it's the same legal entity, the same team and the same deep expertise in customer data.

What is Metron Growth and is it a growth consultancy or a data consultancy?

Both. Metron Growth is a consultancy using data, marketing technology and AI to help our clients grow faster and more predictably. We partner with customer data platforms, mobile measurement platforms, lifecycle marketing platforms, product analytics tools and modern data warehouses to do this.

Is Metron Growth a data consultancy in the UK?

Yes. Metron Growth is UK headquartered with a team across Europe and the Middle East. We're a highly skilled, on-shore team, mostly in the UK. We also conduct some engagements in French and have local team members in multiple EU countries and Israel. How are you different from other data consultancies?

We're customer data experts with deep knowledge of marketing and product. This means we can bring real world experience to every project and bridge the gap between data teams (who don't understand marketing) and marketing teams (who don't understand what's possible with data). Also, most consultancies staff generalists who learn on the job (at your expense). At Metron Growth, everyone is a specialist who has done it before.

Your first call will be with a senior solutions architect, not a salesperson. They'll deep dive into your needs, existing infrastructure and pain points in order to identify the right solution for you. On this call, we'll agree the next step, which can be for us to send you a proposal, to meet with more members of your team, to build a demo or to hold a deep dive discovery workshop.

How long does a typical Metron Growth project run?
