We also run joint marketing events and contribute to their product roadmaps. With our core partners we have regular touchpoints and shared Slack channels to ensure we always deliver a smooth experience for our joint customers.
What does a Twilio Segment implementation with Metron Growth look like?
Depending on your use cases & resourcing, a Segment implementation can last anywhere from 6 weeks to 4 months. We start by defining clear use cases, then we map this back to Twilio Segment features like Protocols for governance, Unify for identity resolution and predictive traits, Linked Audiences for complex warehouse-driven audiences, Engage for creating audiences and journeys and Segment's 450+ destinations to activate the data. Once we've done this, we develop an implementation plan and collaborate with your engineering team to deliver it. We audit the implementation to check everything is as expected and finally work with you to launch campaigns across a variety of destination tools. We're also increasingly integrating Twilio Segment with Twilio Flex to provide additional context in the contact centre or as a context layer for AI voice agents which integrate into your lifecycle marketing strategy.
What does a Fullstory engagement with Metron Growth cover?
Our Fullstory projects tend to fall into three buckets. Implementation: defining use cases, deploying the snippet, defining page properties and element properties, setting up masking and privacy features, integrating with your data layer and custom events then providing enablement sessions to help your team create their first reports and insights. Analytics and Insights: working with you to deliver an agreed backlog. Can include building dashboards, providing training or additional configuration. Activation: using Fullstory Anywhere Warehouse to feed attribution, lead scoring or fraud models in your data warehouse. Using Anywhere Activations to trigger personalised lifecycle campaigns or feed your CRM system. Or using the Fullstory MCP server to create bespoke AI agents with context on the full user journey.
Is a composable CDP on Snowflake better than Twilio Segment?
This is no longer the either/or decision it once was. These days most large CDP implementations have a hybrid architecture, enriching the real time data stream with additional data from the data warehouse. Twilio Segment supports this through reverse ETL, the Segment data graph, Linked Audiences, Linked Events, Profile Sync and warehouse event destinations. At Metron Growth we've built many streaming, composable and hybrid CDPs so can help you decide on the best path for your use cases.
What new Twilio Segment features should teams adopt first?
Profiles Sync for warehouse-native identity, Linked Audiences for SQL-defined segments and CustomerAI for predictive traits are all genuinely capable. Twilio Segment is also increasingly used as a source of context for AI agents.
